Mask-et Services is seeking a self-reliant, detail-oriented Beverage Service Technician to join our team  covering the Central PA area which could include Harrisburg, Lancaster and York, PA area.

We are a small family owned and operated business that is based out of York, PA.  Our main goal is to make our customers the #1 priority.  Specializing in Espresso and Coffee brewer repair and maintenance, we aim to provide our customers with excellent personal service and timely maintenance at a reasonable cost.
Although small, we do offer benefits for full-time employees including supplemental pay, affordable medical, dental and vision insurance, accrued vacation/personal time, and 8 paid holidays along with a company supplied vehicle, tools, and shirts.  Our service technicians are responsible for driving to and from customer sites to complete various tasks such as: diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on many different beverage machines such as espresso machines, coffee brewers and grinders without on-site supervision.  Our service technicians will attend classes, on-line seminars and/or internal training workshops as needed.  If you are looking for a unique career and enjoy coffee, this may be the career for you.  

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, maintain and install beverage equipment. Training provided.
  • Exhibit good communication skills and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Responsible for inventory of company provided parts, equipment, and vehicle.
  • Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated with customer.
  • Understand and follow company processes, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Effective use of company provided devices for scheduling, inventory, and customer records.
  • Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with weekend, on-call rotation.  Hours can vary based on needs of business and may exceed a regular 8-hour day and/or more than 40-hour work week.
  • Always present a professional appearance.  Punctual and reliable with schedule.

Requirements
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with at least 2-5 years of experience in this area.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Previous experience in foodservice appliance repair, a plus but not necessary.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Ability to operate basic hand and power tools as well as job related specialty tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Good computer skills (basic knowledge)
  • Liking Espresso or Coffee is helpful.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform very active positions: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. 
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to spend significant time traveling in a company vehicle, daily.
  • Manual dexterity required for working with tools and on computers.
