Manager/Supervisor

Seeking Restaurant General Manager for premium state of the art brewery in Central PA. Successful candidate will oversee 70+ staff members ranging for FOH support staff, line cooks, servers, bartenders, and all restaurant managers. Manager will drive and oversee approximately $4.5m in annual revenue successfully by creating / maintaining efficient training programs, driving top line revenue, and retaining staff.

Qualifications: 5 year full-service restaurant management experience. Brewery setting preferred.
