The Institute for Behavior Change is a non-profit foundation that recruits, trains, deploys and monitors staff who deliver Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children located in schools, homes, and the community who are diagnosed with mental health disorders. We were founded in 1997 and continue to supply highly trained staff to leading IBHS agencies throughout Delaware, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties.

Assisting with the implementation of the Central Reach EHR platform, providing quality assurance input and supporting management goals in delivering excellent, effective mental health treatment and behavioral support, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, to children in their homes and schools (no services are provided in the office).

Central Reach Practice Manager

- Must have prior Central Reach experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert on EMR software, staying current with product updates and enhancements.
- Experience providing ABA therapy in an in-home, school, or community setting preferred.
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
