Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Offer customer support through phone, email, chat, or social media to customers who have questions, concerns, or confusion around a product or service. You will be the voice of our brand, and a strong relationship with our clients starts with you.
Process incoming calls and email correspondence from prospective and current clients.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Build excellent rapport with customers by scheduling customer call backs to ensure timely orders.
Provide quotes on products or services and apply economies of scale.
Ability to pay close attention to detail in paperwork.
Manage customer PO’s, store orders, online orders, new account setup, customer credit setup, shipment tracking, invoicing.
Provide customer feedback to operations.
Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations.
Support and maintain quality service culture in the Customer Service Department
Drive the company’s future by contributing new ideas to address company needs, explore new markets, and address concerns about existing markets.

Job Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Driver’s license
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel applications
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Stellar customer service skills
Ability to use phone and computer systems
Customer service experience a plus
Phone-related customer service experience a major plus.
Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong listening and comprehension skills
Ability to stay composed and focused.
Conversational, patient, confident, with a positive attitude.
Work well independently and as part of a team
Salary
- between $10/hr to $15/hr depending on experience
